Daniel T. Conway – Attorney/Associate
Dan was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. After attending Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Wheaton, Maryland, he graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in Philosophy and Political Science. Dan received his law degree from Widener University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2011. Following law school, Dan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth S. Clark, Jr. and Rosemary B. Beauregard of the Court of Common Pleas of the State of Delaware in and for Sussex County.
Dan concentrates his practice in real estate law, focusing on residential and commercial property transactions, representing developers, lenders, and individuals. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Prior to joining Giordano, DelCollo, Werb & Gagne, LLC, Dan represented mortgage and financial corporations in Federal and State Court actions, including the Delaware Supreme Court, Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and United States Bankruptcy Court.
Dan, his wife, Megan, and their two daughters reside in Ocean View, Delaware, where they enjoy kayaking, playing tennis, and family trips to the beach.
