Deborah J. Galonsky – Attorney/Partner

Debi joined the real estate department of Giordano, DelCollo, Werb & Gagne, LLC, in 2020.  Debi concentrates her practice in representing buyers, sellers, builders, lenders and investors with residential and commercial real estate, condominium, landlord-tenant and leasing matters.

Debi was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and moved to the Delaware area in 1999.  While in Florida, Debi attended the University of South Florida and received a B.A. degree in Political Science.  In 1999 Debi moved to the Delaware area and received her law degree in 2002 from the Widener University School of Law (now known as the Delaware Law School).  While in law school, Debi participated in the Delaware Civil Clinic and worked for the Delaware Volunteer Legal Services (DVLS) Clinic.  As part of her responsibilities with DVLS, Debi assisted attorneys and victims of domestic abuse in family law matters and with representation at Protection From Abuse hearings.  Debi is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and is a frequent presenter on real estate law topics for the DSBA, Lorman Education and NBI, Inc.

Debi is currently Treasurer and a Board Member of Diamond State Community Land Trust, a non-profit community based program promoting affordable housing within the State of Delaware. Debi and her husband, Paul, reside in Ocean View with their dog and cats.
